Description

Performance and Characteristics

1. Possesses excellent softness, bulkiness, smoothness and low foaming property.
2. Can be used alone or in combination with smooth-type silicone oil.
3. An excellent alternative to softening flakes, softening concentrates and similar products.
4. Minimal fabric yellowing after high-temperature drying of the finished fabrics.
5. When used for softening vintage-finished or over-dyed denim garments during washing, it will not cause pigment peeling or change the fabric shade.
6. Applicable for the lubrication, sanding and napping of cheese yarns, ensuring smooth napping.

Applications

1. Post-finishing softening of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other blended yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing factories, to impart excellent softness to the fabrics.
2. Softening finishing of denim garments, washed fabrics, knitted sweaters, etc. in washing factories. Suitable for softening after stone washing or pure enzyme washing, achieving the effect of softness and bulkiness.
3. Softening treatment of knitted fabrics before setting, enabling the fabrics to be stretched to the required width without easy deformation.

Usage Method

Dissolution Process

1. Add 10 times the volume of cold water to the mixing tank, heat to 40-50℃, add the required amount of Silk-Feel Softening Cream while stirring, then dilute with additional water.
2. Can be directly added to the dyeing tank for softening finishing.

Application Processes

• Padding Method: 5-10g/L, temperature 30-40℃, two-dip two-nip or one-dip one-nip.
• Exhaust Method: 1.0% (o.w.f), liquor ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50℃, treatment time 15-30 minutes.

Storage and Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.
2. Packaged in polyethylene plastic buckets lined with plastic bags, net weight 125KG per bucket.
