The Rapid Dyeing Repair Agent is specially developed for the disperse dyeing process of polyester fabrics. It boasts excellent dyeing acceleration performance and outstanding migration properties, and can replace a variety of traditional dyeing auxiliaries, thus realizing the application value of "one agent with multiple functions". It can significantly accelerate the dyeing speed of disperse dyes, improve the dye uptake rate, effectively reduce the residual amount of unfixed dyes in the dye bath, and lower dye consumption. It can precisely overcome common defects in polyester fabric dyeing such as dye streaking, dye staining and poor level dyeing properties. Meanwhile, it has a repairing effect on the existing dye streaking and staining problems, greatly improving the qualified rate of dyed products. By shortening the dyeing time (compared with conventional processes), reducing energy consumption and decreasing the discharge of pollutants in dyeing wastewater, it balances both production efficiency and environmental protection requirements.
The Rapid Dyeing Repair Agent is also particularly suitable for color correction when uneven dyeing or dye streaking occurs after disperse dyeing of polyester fabrics. It also has excellent dispersibility, which can prevent the aggregation of disperse dye particles and crystal growth. The shade basically remains unchanged after reprocessing, and it can promote more of the migrated dyes to be re-dyed onto the fibers, thereby minimizing the impact on the shade. ● Personal protection is required. Smoking, drinking and eating are prohibited during use to prevent accidental ingestion.
● Store in a dry and well-ventilated environment, avoiding unfavorable storage conditions such as direct sunlight, rain exposure and high temperature.
● Use the product as soon as possible after opening the package. For unused portions, ensure tight sealing and proper storage.
● Diluted solutions are not recommended for long-term storage.
