[Product Features]

1. Suitable for the color fixing treatment of vat dyes, sulfur dyes and indigo dyes;
2. After treatment, the soaking fastness, soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, etc. of the fabric are significantly improved;
3. It has little impact on the color and hand feeling of the fabric;
4. It is significantly better than the conventional color fixing agent for the dyed fabrics of blue-green series;
5. It contains no formaldehyde and meets the environmental protection requirements.

[Usage]

[Usage Method]

• Recommended process:
  • Dipping method: Color fixing agent: 1~3% o.w.f; Temperature & Time: 60℃ x 15~20min; Dyed fabric → Immerse in the color fixing agent working solution at 60℃, run for 15~30min → Wash with water → Dry.
  • Padding method: Color fixing agent: 20~50g/L; Dyed fabric → At room temperature, color fixing agent working solution → One dip and one pad → Dry.

[Precautions]

1. Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

[Storage and Packaging]

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protect from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
2. Polyethylene plastic barrel, lined with plastic bag, 125KG per barrel.
