【Description】
When reactive, sulfur, direct, and indigo dyes are used to dye dark colors on cellulose fibers, the wet rubbing fastness is particularly low. Especially for colors like jet black, scarlet, and turquoise blue, the wet rubbing fastness is often lower than level 1. However, textile products exported to Europe and America require a wet rubbing fastness of level 3 or above. To improve the product's stability against salts, alkalis, and hard water and compensate for the deficiencies in its own structure, the fully environmentally friendly wet rubbing fastness improver 828 has been specially developed.

【Product Features】

 

  1. This product is formaldehyde-free and APEO-free, making it an environmentally friendly product that meets the requirements of the EU OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
  2. It is used for color fixing treatment after cellulose fiber dyeing; it can significantly improve the wet rubbing fastness by 1 - 2 levels, reaching level 3 or above.
  3. It is easy to use and can be diluted directly with water.
  4. The fabric has a soft hand feel and no impact on color shade and lightfastness.

 

 

【Usage Method】
Suggested process:
Depending on the type and concentration of the dye used and the type and form of the fabric to be treated, the usage is as follows:

 

  1. Dipping method (limited to washing factories)
    • Dosage: Improver: 3 - 6% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to color depth)
    • Bath ratio: 1:10 - 20
    • Process: Dyed fabric (PH ≤ 7) → dipping (room temperature, time: 20 - 30min) → drying
  2. Padding method
    • Dosage: Improver: 30 - 50g/L
    • Process: Dyed fabric (PH ≤ 7) → one - dip - one - nip (nip pick - up rate: 80 - 85%) → drying

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
