【Application Methods】

1. Dipping method:
   • Recommended process: Normal temperature through the padding mangle (one dip and one nip, liquid pickup 70 - 80%) → drying → setting
   • Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L
2. Padding method:
   • Recommended process: Impregnation (60℃ × 20min constant temperature) → drainage → water washing → drying
   • Recommended dosage: 1%o.w.f - 3%o.w.f
   • The dosage can be adjusted according to the dye concentration and color fading situation of the yarns and fabrics.

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.
