【Instruction】

This product has efficient surface film-forming properties and excellent binding force, making the fabric thicker, more elastic, and with relatively good hand feel and hydrophilicity. It is mainly used for hydrophilic stiffening and smoothing hand feel finishing of fabrics, endowing the fabric with good stiffness, smoothness, elasticity, and drapability. It has strong permeability and can meet the hand feel requirements of fabrics such as cotton, rayon, and polyester-cotton blends at the same time.
 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. It can endow the fabric with excellent stiff, thick, and smooth hand feel.
  2. It can impart good hydrophilicity to the fabric.
  3. It has good stability, without emulsion breaking, roller sticking, or silicon spots.
  4. It has very little yellowing.

 

 

【Usage】

 

 It is used for softening in the post-finishing process of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing mills, so that the fabric has good softness.
 

【Usage Method】

 

It can be directly added to the dye vat for softening finishing.

 

  1. Padding method:
    • Recommended process: One dip and one pad, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80% → drying → setting
    • Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L
  2. Dipping Method:
  • Recommended process: Immersion (60℃ × 20min constant temperature) → draining → washing → drying
  • Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
