This product is suitable for the post-treatment of fabrics dyed with reactive, direct, sulfur, and disperse dyes, as well as polyester fibers. It can significantly improve the soaking fastness of fabrics, and is especially applicable for enhancing the washing fastness and rub-washing fastness of dyed cotton, polyester, and polyester-cotton fabrics. It contains no formaldehyde, making it safe and environmentally friendly.

【Product Features】

• When used for fabric fixing, it significantly improves the soaping fastness and high-temperature water soaking fastness of dyed polyester and polyester-cotton fabrics compared with ordinary fixing agents;
• The color fading of the fixing working solution is minimal, which effectively prevents the occurrence of color stripping and color change;
• Fabrics treated with this product show extremely little color change and do not affect the original style of the fabrics;
• Compared with ordinary fixing agents, it significantly improves the room-temperature rub-washing fastness of dyed cotton, polyester, and polyester-cotton fabrics;
• Contains no formaldehyde, meeting environmental protection requirements.

【Applications】

• Can be used for the fixing process of cotton and blended fabrics in padding and exhaust dyeing processes;
• Can be used for yarn fixing.

【Usage Method】

It can be directly added to the dyeing vat for softening finishing.

1. Padding Method

• Recommended Process: One-dip-one-nip (wet pick-up: 70~80%) → Drying → Setting
• Recommended Dosage: 20~30g/L

2. Exhaust Method

• Recommended Process: Exhaust treatment (constant temperature at 60℃ for 20min) → Discharge → Water washing → Drying
• Recommended Dosage: 1% o.w.f ~ 3% o.w.f

The specific process shall be subject to your company's existing process.

【Precautions】

• A small sample test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
• If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility tests must be carried out in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months;
• Packaging: Polyethylene plastic drums lined with plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
