【Description】

 

This product has highly efficient surface film-forming properties and excellent binding force, making the fabric looser, thicker, and more elastic. It has relatively good hand feel and hydrophilicity and is mainly used for hydrophilic, smooth, and stiff hand feel finishing of fabrics, endowing the fabric with good hydrophilicity, smoothness, elasticity, and drapability. It has strong permeability and can meet the hand feel requirements of fabrics such as cotton, rayon, polyester-cotton, and blends at the same time.

 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. It can endow the fabric with excellent stiff, thick, and smooth hand feel.
  2. It can endow the fabric with excellent hydrophilicity.
  3. It has good stability, does not break emulsion, does not stick to rollers, and does not produce silicone spots.
  4. It can be used alone or compounded with other cationic/nonionic softeners.

 

 

【Uses】

 

After-finishing softening of blended fiber yarns and fabrics such as cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, and acrylic in dyeing and finishing mills, so that the fabric has good softness.

 

 

【Usage】

 

Immersion-padding method is recommended.

 

  • Dosage: 50 - 80g/L of silicone oil
  • Liquor pickup: 70 - 80%
  • Dilute the working solution → one-dip-one-padding (liquor pickup between 70 - 80%) → drying and setting at 150℃. The above recommended process is a common process. Your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to its own process or hand feel requirements.

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.
