Product Description

Cotton whitening agent (blue light) / Easily soluble / Resistant to acids and alkalis / Whitening / Enhancing the brightness of light-colored fabrics.
 
【Product Features】
This product is easy to dissolve and has good acid and alkali resistance. Its whitening effect is significantly better than VBL when the pH is between 4.5 and 7. It is an anionic type and can be used in the same bath with anionic or nonionic surfactants.

 

【Product Usage】
It can be used for whitening cotton, linen, and cellulose fiber fabrics, and brightening light-colored fiber fabrics.

 

 

【Usage Method】
For whitening cotton, linen, and cellulose fibers, directly add the fluorescent whitening agent into the dye vat and dissolve it with water before use.
Recommended dosage: 0.3 - 0.5% o.w.f.
Whitening agent dissolution - liquor ratio: 1:10 - 15 - dyeing bath temperature: 95 - 100°C - drainage - water washing - drying and setting at 130°C.
Ensure that the fabric is thoroughly cleaned before use to avoid the influence of residual auxiliaries on the effect.
 

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. Conduct a small sample test before use to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it needs to be used in the same bath with other auxiliaries, conduct a small sample test to ensure there are no compatibility issues.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】
