【Instruction】

 

Silicon Spot Remover is a surfactant compound, mainly used to remove silicon spots on fabric surfaces.

 

 

【Product Features】

 

This product is free of APEO and is easily biodegradable. It is formaldehyde-free. Using this product can effectively dissolve silicon spots caused by oil stains and dirt, and can effectively remove cross-linked substances produced by organic silicon, etc.

 

 

【Usage】
 
The amount of this product used should be determined according to the condition of the silicon spots. Generally, when the silicon spots are not severe, use 1 - 2g/L. When the silicon spots are severe, use 5 - 10g/L. The temperature should be 80°C - 100°C, and the time should be 20 - 40 minutes to remove the silicon spots. If the fabric has been baked, it is recommended to add 5 - 10g/L of soda ash and 2 - 3g/L of nonionic soap oil (soaping agent) for better results.

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it needs to be used with other auxiliaries simultaneously, a small sample test should be carried out in advance to prevent compatibility problems.
