This product is a low-temperature scouring agent integrating emulsification, chelation, penetration and oil removal, developed for the pretreatment of cellulosic fibers. It can achieve good scouring effects at lower temperatures, saving production costs and reducing the pressure of sewage and wastewater treatment.

  1. Excellent oil removal performance, with good emulsifying and removing ability for cotton wax and other oils.
  2. Low-temperature refining, only 85°C is required to achieve good whiteness, which can reduce energy consumption and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
  3. Excellent penetration ability. The treated materials can achieve good hydrophilicity and greatly improve the capillary effect of the materials.

【Usage】

 

It is suitable for the scouring and oil removal of cellulosic fibers. The optimal dosage of the low-temperature scouring agent varies depending on the type, weaving method, weight and machine type of the fabric to be treated. The recommended process is as follows:
Low-temperature scouring agent: 1 - 3g/L, caustic soda: 1g/L, hydrogen peroxide (30%): 6g/L, liquor ratio: 1:10, temperature: 85°C × 40 - 60min. The dosage can be adjusted according to the specific situation of the grey fabric/yarn.

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it is used simultaneously with other auxiliaries, a small sample test should be carried out in advance to prevent compatibility problems.
