Product Description

【Instructions】

 

When reactive, sulfur, direct, and indigo dyes are used to dye deep and dark colors on cellulosic fibers, the wet rubbing fastness is particularly low. Especially for colors like jet black, bright red, and turquoise blue, the wet rubbing fastness is often below grade 1. However, textiles exported to Europe and the United States are required to have a wet rubbing fastness of grade 3 or above. To improve the product's stability against salt, alkali, and hard water and mitigate the deficiencies in its own structure, the fully environmentally friendly Wet Rubbing Fastness Improver QT - 8282 has been specifically developed.

 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. This product is formaldehyde - free and APEO - free, belonging to an environmentally friendly product and meeting the requirements of the EU OEKO - TEX Standard 100.
  2. It is used for fixing the color after dyeing cellulosic fibers.
  3. It can significantly improve the wet rubbing fastness, which can be increased by 1 - 2 grades to reach grade 3 or above.
  4. It is easy to use and can be diluted directly with water.
  5. It gives the fabric a soft hand feel and has no impact on the color shade and light fastness.

 

 

【Usage】

 

The usage varies according to the type and concentration of the dyes used, as well as the type and form of the fabric to be treated:

 

  • Padding Method
    • Dosage: 30 - 50g/L of the improver.
    • Process: After dyeing, the dyed fabric (with PH≤7) → one - dip - one - pad (padding rate: 80 - 85%) → drying.

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small - scale sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and well - ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
