Note: The deodorizing performance is tested by the detector tube method and gas chromatography; the antibacterial performance is tested according to JIS L 1902:2008; the washing process follows JIS L 0217 - 103.

The process sequence is as follows: pretreatment → dyeing → padding (liquor pick - up rate 60% - ) → drying (100°C × 3 min) → shaping (150°C × 1 - 2 min).

 

It is recommended that, due to different usage purposes and finishing conditions, pre - tests (such as the stability test of the finishing bath and the compatibility when used with other finishing agents) must be carried out for confirmation before production.
