【Instructions】

This product is suitable for color fixing of cotton and polyester-cotton blended fabrics (T/C, CVC). It can significantly improve the washing fastness and soaking fastness of fabrics, effectively prevent color fading, discoloration, and bleeding after dyeing, maintain the bright and long-lasting color of fabrics, and does not affect the original hydrophilic properties of fabrics. On this basis, antibacterial and anti-mildew components are added to endow the fabric with good antibacterial and anti-mildew properties. The product is formaldehyde-free, safe, and environmentally friendly.

 

【Application Scope】

Color fixing treatment of cotton blended fabrics (T/C, CVC)

 

【Product Features】

  1. Suitable for the color fixing process of cotton, polyester-cotton and other cotton blended fabrics, and can improve the soaking fastness.
  2. Greatly improves the boiling water fastness (without adding washing powder) of reactive and direct dyes.
  3. Hardly affects the original hydrophilic properties of fabrics.
  4. Endows fabrics with antibacterial and anti-mildew properties, and is not easy to mildew and breed bacteria in a humid environment.
  5. Free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, it is a green and environmentally friendly auxiliary, meeting modern environmental protection requirements.

 

【Usage Methods】

Before the color fixing treatment, the dyed fabric should be fully rinsed (soaped if necessary) to remove residual dyes, salts, and alkalis to ensure the subsequent color fixing effect.

 

  1. Padding Method
    • Dosage of fixing agent: 20 - 30g/L
    • Pass through the padding mangle at room temperature (one dip and one nip, liquor pick-up rate 70 - 80%) → Dry at 150°C → Stentering
  2. Dipping Method
    • Dosage of fixing agent: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f
    • Immerse (constant temperature at 60°C for 20min) → Drain → Wash → Dry

 

【Precautions】

  1. Small-scale tests should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath as other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be carried out in advance.

 

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
  2. Packed in polyethylene plastic barrels with inner plastic bags, 125 KG per barrel.
