This product is a soft and smooth hydrophilic silicone oil, suitable for the soft and smooth finishing of pure cotton, pure cotton spandex fabrics, CVC, Tencel, rayon, modal and other fabrics. After finishing with it, the fabric has hydrophilic, breathable and soft and smooth effects.

 

 

 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. The product has good chemical stability, no oil floating, no roller sticking, small color change after use, and low yellowing.
  2. It can be used alone or compounded with other softeners, and can be used in the same bath with anionic stiffeners. When used for pure cotton, pure cotton spandex fabrics, CVC, Tencel, rayon, modal and other fabrics, it has a soft, smooth and comfortable feel. When used for other fiber fabrics, it also has a good feel; specific use requires a small test.
  3. Excellent hydrophilic performance, and the hydrophilic performance of the treated fabric is greatly improved.

 

 

 
【Usage】
It is recommended to use the padding method for treatment.

 

  • Dosage: 40 - 80g/L of silicone oil
  • Liquor pick-up: 70 - 80%
  • Dilute the working solution → one-dip-one-nip (liquor pick-up between 70 - 80%) → dry and set at 150°C. The above recommended process is a common process, and your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to its own process or feel requirements.

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
