It is suitable for the acid dyeing process of synthetic fibers and blended fabrics such as silk, wool, and nylon.

【Product Features】

1. Nylon leveling agent can significantly improve the dispersion state of acid dyes in water, making the dye particles finer and more uniform, thereby improving the utilization rate and dyeing effect of dyes.

2. By reducing the interfacial tension between the fiber and the dye, the acid leveling agent helps the dye to better penetrate into the fiber interior, achieving a more uniform dyeing effect.

3. It can balance the adsorption rate of the dye on the fiber, reduce the color difference caused by the difference in dye concentration, and improve the uniformity and consistency of dyeing.

4. Improve the fastness of dyeing, including washing resistance, rubbing resistance, and sunlight resistance, making the dyed fabric more durable.

【Usage】

The optimum dosage varies depending on the specific situation of the dye. The following recommended dosage can be increased or decreased appropriately or the process can be changed according to the actual situation.

• Recommended dosage: 0.5~1.5g/L

• Recommended process: It can be added to the dye vat before the dye and stirred evenly to obtain a better leveling effect.

  1. Dilute the material: Add the acid leveling agent to the dye bath at a ratio of 0.5~1.5g/L (or 5%~10% of the weight of the dye), and stir evenly.

  2. Add x% o.w.f of the dye.

  3. Adjust the pH to 4.5~5 with glacial acetic acid.

  4. Slowly heat up to 100°C and keep warm for 30~40 minutes.

  5. After dyeing, perform washing, fixing, and post-treatment according to the conventional process.

【Precautions】

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimum dosage.

2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.
