【Instruction】

 

This product can be preferentially adsorbed by nylon during the nylon dyeing process, thereby reducing the affinity of nylon for dyes. It has stable performance and small color change. It is mainly used as a resist dyeing agent and retarding agent for nylon, and can also be used as an anti-white ground soiling agent for nylon fabrics. It is a leveling agent for acid dye dyeing of nylon fabrics, wool, and silk fabrics. It can also be used as a leveling agent for direct, vat, and sulfur dyeing of cotton fabrics. It has an affinity for fibers containing OH, COOH, NH and other groups, and has an impedance effect on the initial dyeing competition of anionic dyes, with obvious retarding and leveling effects.
 

 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. This product can be used as a restraining agent for wool/nylon/polyamide fiber blend dyeing, which can prevent acid dyes from competing for dyeing on the nylon dye site.
  2. It controls the preferential dyeing of acid dyes on the polyamide fibers in the blend, so that the wool/nylon/polyamide fiber blend can achieve single-color dyeing.
  3. When dyeing N/C fabrics, it can produce a resist dyeing effect on direct dyes and prevent them from contaminating the nylon fibers.

【Usage】
Resist Dyeing Agent Application:

 

  Wool/Nylon 66 Wool/Nylon 6
Acid Dye (Monoazo) 1~4% 4~8%
Milling Acid Dye 0.1~0.2% 0.5~3%
1:2 Metal Complex Dye 1~4% -

 

Treatment bath pH 4-4.5, 70°C for 20-30 minutes
 

【Precautions】

 

  1. This product is only suitable for acid reduction cleaning.
  2. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
