【Product Features】

 

  1. Suitable for reduction cleaning after high-temperature dyeing of polyester fibers.
  2. For medium and light-colored fabrics, it can be directly added without draining after dyeing. For dark-colored fabrics, drain the liquid first, re-add the adjusted aqueous solution at around pH 4 - 5, add the reducing cleaner, and operate at 95°C for 20 minutes to remove the disperse dyes remaining on the fibers and dyeing machines due to dyeing or printing.
  3. It can save dyeing time, energy, water and chemical auxiliaries, and reduce wastewater treatment costs.
  4. For moisture-absorbing and sweat-wicking finishing, acidic reduction cleaning does not affect the effect and does not cause discoloration.
  5. The effect of preventing spandex staining is better than that of sodium hydrosulfite reduction cleaning.
  6. No foam, easy to operate.
  7. The use of our company's reducing cleaner (1.0%) can significantly improve color fastness.

 

 

【Usage】
For polyester fibers and T/N blends:

 

  • After dyeing, do not drain the liquid and cool down to 95°C.
  • Add acetic acid at 0.5g/L to adjust the pH value to 4.5 - 5.
  • Add 1.0 - 3.0g/L of the reducing cleaner.
  • Operate at 95°C for 20 minutes.
  • Drain the liquid and wash with warm water.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
