【Instruction】
This chemical fiber hydrophilic silicone oil is a new type of quaternary ammonium salt-modified hydrophilic block silicone emulsion newly developed by our company. It is mainly used for hydrophilic and soft finishing of chemical fibers, cotton fabrics, and polyester-cotton fabrics. It features ultra-stability, good hydrophilicity, smooth hand feel, extremely low yellowing, shear resistance, and non-stickiness to rollers. It has the characteristic of maintaining hydrophilicity for a long time.

 

 

【Product Features】

 

  1. It has excellent hydrophilicity.
  2. The treated fabric can maintain hydrophilicity for a long time.
  3. It is suitable for the hand feel finishing of chemical fiber and its blended fiber yarns and fabrics.
  4. It has extremely low yellowing and almost no effect on color shade.
  5. It is shear-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, electrolyte-resistant, super stable, and will not stick to rollers.

 

 

【Usage Method】
It can be directly added to the dye vat for soft finishing.

 

  1. Padding Method
    • Suggested process: (One dip and one pad, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80%) → drying → setting
    • Suggested dosage: 30 - 80g/L
  2. Immersion Method
    • Suggested process: Immersion (60℃ × 20min constant temperature) → draining → washing → drying → washing → drying
    • Suggested dosage: 3.0% o.w.f - 8.0% o.w.f

 

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

 

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
