Product Description

【Product Features】

 

  1. It has strong functions of penetration, wetting, emulsification and oil cleaning. It has good wetting and penetrating abilities in acid, alkali and general environments.
  2. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, oxygen, hot hard water and metal salts, and can be mixed with various surfactants, synthetic resins and biological enzymes.
  3. After cleaning wool, it will not remain on the wool, without yellowing, and the fibers are soft; adding scouring penetrant to the wool carbonization solution can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid, and improve the carbonization effect.

 

【Application】
Suitable for grey fabric scouring and oil removal or one-bath dyeing.

 

【Usage Method】

 

  1. Oil removal: Scouring agent: 2.0-3.0g/L; Caustic soda: 3-5g/L; Bath ratio: 1:10-1:20; Temperature and time: 95℃ for 30-40min.
  2. Scouring of cotton grey fabric (yarn): Scouring agent: 1-2g/L; H₂O₂: 0~3g/L (adjust according to the whiteness requirement of the fabric); Bath ratio: 1:10~15; Temperature and time: 95~100℃ for 50~60min.
    Process: Scouring enzyme enters the cylinder for circulation → Heat to 50~60℃ → Add H₂O₂ → Circulate and heat to 100℃, keep warm for 50~60min → Drain → Hot water washing (once at 60℃) → Drain → Deoxygenase treatment for 10~15min → Dyeing.

 

【Precautions】

 

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be done in advance.

 

【Storage and Packaging】

 

  1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
