This product is a special wax emulsion for textile auxiliaries. It is a uniform and stable emulsion made from selected wax raw materials and high-efficiency emulsifiers through a special process. Recommended processes:
Dipping method: Wax emulsion: 1~3% o.w.f, temperature: 40~60℃, time: 15~20min8
Padding method: Wax emulsion: 15~30g/; Process: one dip and one nip or two dips and two nips (the pick-up rate should be kept at 75-80%), drying and setting at 130~150℃910
The recommended dosage and process can be adjusted according to usage requirements11.
