Silicone-free Hand Feeling Textile Auxiliary Puffing and Softening Auxiliary Non-ionic Hydrophilic Softener

The Non-Ionic Hydrophilic Puffing Softener is a silicon-free textile auxiliary suitable for multiple processes of pre-treatment and post-finishing of cotton. It can endow fabrics with a plump, soft and smooth hand feel, and has little impact on the whiteness and color shade of fabrics. After finishing, the fabrics are soft, smooth and plump, and at the same time have a certain hydrophilicity. Its excellent stability and silicon-free feature enable it to be applied in different equipment and processes.

Application Processes
1. Addition in scouring process:
Caustic Soda: 5g/l
Hydrogen Peroxide: 10g/l
Scouring Agent: 1g/l
Non-Ionic Hydrophilic Puffing Softener: 3~5g/l
Liquor Ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 95~98℃
Time: 30~40min

 

2. Addition in whitening process
Whitening Agent: 0.5% o.w.f
Non-Ionic Hydrophilic Puffing Softener: 3~5g/l
Liquor Ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 80~95℃
Time: 30~40min

 

3. Addition in dyeing process
Dye: x o.w.f
Sodium Sulfate (Glauber's Salt): 50g/l
Sodium Carbonate: 20g/l
Leveling Agent: 0.5g/l
Non-Ionic Hydrophilic Puffing Softener: 3~5g/l
Liquor Ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 60℃
Time: 40~50min

 

4. As hand feel finishing agent
4.1 Padding treatment:
Dosage: Non-Ionic Hydrophilic Puffing Softener: 30-50g/l
Pick-up Rate: 70-80%
Dilute working solution → pad once and dip once (pick-up rate between 70-80%) → dry and set at 150℃
4.2 Dipping treatment:
Dosage: Non-Ionic Hydrophilic Puffing Softener: 3-5g/l
Liquor Ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 40~60℃
Time: 20~30min

Pay attention to personal protection. Smoking, drinking water and eating are prohibited during use to prevent accidental ingestion.
Store in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, high temperature and other factors unfavorable for storage.
Use the product as soon as possible after the package is opened. For unused products, seal and store them properly.
Diluted products are not recommended to be stored for a long time.
